Take US-101 S toward San Jose and take CA-87 S.  Take exit 6B toward St. James St.  Merge on to N. Alameda Ave.  Turn right at San Teresa St. and turn left at Carlysle St. and then Carlysle St.  Turn left at Notre Dame Ave.   You can find the office after turning right at W. St. John St.

From East Bay:
